Shipping Policy

At TOKARSI, we aim to deliver your sterling-silver jewellery swiftly and securely. Our shipping process is designed to be reliable, transparent, and customer-friendly—while accounting for real-world conditions in transit.

Shipping timelines

  • Dispatch: Orders are typically dispatched within 48 hours of confirmation. During Indian public holidays or peak festive periods, dispatch may take up to 72 hours.
  • Transit: Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days within India, depending on your location and courier network.
  • Cut-off: Orders placed after 6:00 pm IST or pending payment authorization are processed the next business day.
    Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.

Timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.

Delays & external factors

We work closely with our courier partners, but delays can occur due to:

  • Weather and natural events, strikes, traffic restrictions, or local disruptions;
  • Public holidays or regional lockdowns;
  • Incomplete/incorrect addresses or unreachable phone numbers;
  • International transit or customs processes (for any cross-border shipments).
    Customers are responsible for delays/returns caused by inaccurate address details or unavailability at delivery.

Return-linked shipping

  • Change-of-mind returns (not due to damage/defect): the customer pays one-way return shipping. If we arrange a reverse pickup, the actual courier cost is deducted from your refund; if you self-ship, you pay your carrier directly.
  • Defective/damaged/wrong item: we cover return shipping.
  • Discounted/sale or coupon orders: as per our policy, these are not eligible for return.

Delivery partners & payments

We ship via trusted national courier partners with end-to-end tracking. Online payments are processed securely via our payment gateway RazorPay.

Order tracking

When your order is dispatched, we update the tracking number in your account under My Orders and send tracking details by email/WhatsApp/SMS. You can follow your package from pickup to delivery.

Packaging & unboxing

Every order is packed in a premium TOKARSI box. Please inspect the parcel at delivery. If it appears tampered, damaged, or opened, record a 360° unboxing video before opening and contact us promptly.

For empty/tampered/missing-item claims, our single, uncut 360° unboxing video is mandatory and must be shared within 24 hours of the courier’s “delivered” timestamp (see our Returns Policy).

Order verification & cancellations

We may contact you to verify shipping details (address, phone, item quantity) before dispatch. If we cannot verify within a reasonable time, the order may be cancelled and refunded. You may cancel before dispatch by contacting support; after dispatch, please use the Returns process.
