When it starts

Eligible from day 180 after delivery (first 179 days excluded).

Fee

₹250 shipping & handling per request (non-refundable). We arrange pickup and return within India.

How to request

WhatsApp or email support@tokarsi.com with your Order ID, photos, and a short note (“replating request”).

Process & timeline

Approval within 24 business hours → pickup → workshop QC → replating → ship back in 15 working days.

Scope (plating only)

Finish restoration only. This does not include structural or aesthetic repairs (e.g., bends, breaks, dents, re-shaping, soldering, clasp/chain fixes, stone setting/replacement, chemical damage, third-party alterations). Such work is quoted separately on request.

  • Applies to authentic TOKARSI pieces purchased on tokarsi.com (Order ID required).
  • Currently available within India.
  • This warranty is for plating only and does not affect your statutory rights.
